Design & Engineering

At Berkeley Coachworks, every build begins with strong design. Our team works closely with clients to transform early concepts into production-ready solutions, blending creativity with precision engineering.

We specialise in bespoke engineering design and design for manufacture (DfM), ensuring efficiency and cost-effectiveness before the first prototype is built. With CAD/CAE and simulation capability, we deliver automotive prototyping, composite design, and structural analysis trusted across sectors in the UK.

From concept through to pilot production runs, our work is grounded in the reality of scalable production.
