Advanced Manufacturing Facility

Berkeley Coachworks are pleased to announce the upcoming launch of our advanced manufacturing facility, with commissioning scheduled for Summer 2026.

Our capabilities will include:   

5-axis CNC machining of Wood, Resin, Tooling Board & light alloys up to 10x3m (Breton HAWX E2 1300K18 & Kilma 5D 30103)
3-axis machining and turning
High-resolution SLA 3D printing (Stratasys Neo 800 & Stratasys NEO 450S)
Plasma cutting and fabrication

With this combination of technologies, we are positioned to support complex machining, rapid prototyping, and low-volume production—all under one roof.

We are also aiming to provide further engineering services, such as CAD, Product Design & Simulation as the year goes on.

We are currently engaging with new customers ahead of launch and would welcome the opportunity to discuss upcoming projects or subcontract requirements.
